Because Noble Animals packs are collectible and part of the joy is the reveal, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened packs.

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Email us within 14 days of delivery at [email] with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
• Lost or delayed packages: Contact us and we’ll help track your order.
